TechOhana have partnered with a well-established Swiss non-profit organisation to bring on a CRM Application Manager in Bern. They're midway through a Salesforce implementation, with go-live planned for early 2027. From there, this person owns the platform full-time.
The role:
You'll run and develop their Salesforce CRM. That means configuring and maintaining the platform, working alongside the implementation partner through go-live, supporting the marketing and fundraising teams in Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud, and turning requests from the business into working solutions.
What you'll bring:
- Hands-on Salesforce experience in a non-profit setting (Nonprofit Cloud or NPSP)
- Practical experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Data Cloud
- Fluent German and English, both at C1 or above
- Swiss or EU/EFTA citizenship
Nice to have (bonus, not required):
- Experience across all three clouds
- You've been through at least one Salesforce implementation or go-live

- Based in Bern, on-site three days a week, the rest from home
- Easy by train: several of the team commute in from Zürich and work on the way
- Start in 2027, so a three-month notice period is no problem
