Responsible Specialist in Nursing (100 %), Rosental Retirement Center
The area of elderly care in the city of Winterthur offers a diverse range of services for the population of Winterthur in the five retirement centers and through Spitex.
For our long-term care at the Rosental Retirement Center, which provides a well-maintained home for around 107 residents, we are looking for starting January 1, 2027, or by agreement a motivated and interested nursing professional with an expanded area of responsibility.
Your Tasks
- Needs- and resource-oriented, individual care and support in the key person system including case management
- Responsible for the quality and implementation of the nursing process
- Advising and supporting the nursing team in complex care situations in the living group
- Analyzing complex care and nursing situations and initiating measures as well as their evaluation
- Supporting the management of the living group and the vocational trainer in specialist questions
- Participation in working groups or projects, collaboration with nursing experts
- Taking over daily responsibility in morning and evening shifts
Your Profile
- Qualification as a nursing professional HF or FH, with completed further education or willingness to complete such (e.g. CAS Gerontology, CAS Palliative Care)
- High social competence, teamwork skills, flexibility, and resilience
- Goal-oriented, independent, and service-oriented working style
- Very good oral and written German skills
- Very good PC user skills and experience in common IT programs
- RAI knowledge is an advantage
- A current entry-free special private extract is required for employment.
