The (f) stands for all. Everyone, regardless of gender, age, or origin. Because we believe that mixed teams are more successful. We build with joy - will you build with us?
Your Craft
- In crane assemblies, both tower cranes and quick-assembly cranes, you will lend a hand.
- At the crane site or directly on the construction site, you will carry out maintenance and repair work, keeping our cranes reliably operational.
- You will primarily be active in the canton of Bern, although nationwide assignments may occur.
Your Foundation
- A technical basic education, ideally as an agricultural/construction machinery mechanic, polymechanic, automation technician, or mechatronics technician, forms a good basis. Motivated career changers are also welcome.
- Being free from vertigo is important to ensure that work on our cranes is safe and feels good.
- Planned assignments are part of the job, while a certain degree of flexibility is also required.
- To remain mobile, you possess a category B driver's license.
- Knowledge in electrical, control, and mechanical areas is advantageous. Likewise, the willingness to engage actively in these areas counts.
- Not a must but a plus: French language skills.
Your Benefits
- You will receive excellent onboarding with us - we promise!
- You have the choice and we have the opportunities for your professional development.
- As a member of the Frutiger Group, you benefit from attractive employment conditions and many fringe benefits, which you will learn about during the introduction.
