We are looking for the further development and management of the location Lyss BE – true to our motto “by practitioners for practitioners” – immediately or by agreement a Course Leader with Location Responsibility 100% (m/f/d).
Your area of responsibility
Responsible in the role of location manager for ensuring the course operation
Preparation and execution of forklift, stacker, and warehouse logistics courses as well as other courses according to competencies or competency development potential
Responsibility for the optimal deployment of instructors and utilization of the infrastructure, which takes place both at the Lyss location and at our customers' sites
You support the sales field service in the region and surrounding areas
Professional and organizational management of the location with a focus on ongoing development
Your profile
You are knowledgeable in the logistics industry and bring both solid practical and initial leadership experience
Ideally, you have already completed the SVEB1 training and are a recognized forklift instructor
You have already gained experience from similar training or lecturer roles
You are rooted in the region and stand out as a strong practitioner in implementation and organization
What to expect from us
We offer you a challenging and independent role with many opportunities to develop and expand the area of responsibility through skill enhancement. We will, of course, support you financially in further training, for example as an “Adult Educator” (SVEB1), “Forklift Instructor” or “IPAF Trainer”.
