Your Profile
- You have completed training as a construction manager, technician HF in civil engineering, or an equivalent qualification successfully
- Several years of construction management experience with diverse and demanding projects in civil engineering
- Independent working style, assertiveness, team player
Your Challenges
- Supervision of demanding general contractor/trade contractor buildings comprehensively until handover in a turnkey condition
- Responsibility for local construction management
- Responsible for organizing the construction process and scheduling
- Support in the awarding process
- As a contact person, you are available to external and internal clients, architects, specialist planners, authorities, contractors, and craftsmen
