You take over and modernise the finance and admin backbone of a fast-moving agency.
Beyond keeping the books, you bring a fresh, digital lens to how finance and admin work get done, actively using AI to simplify, automate and speed up processes.
This is not a traditional accounting role: it's an opportunity to rebuild how finance runs in an entrepreneurial environment.
- Take over day to day bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, VAT and payments
- Manage year end closing in coordination with the fiduciary and auditor
- Handle staff and admin related topics
- Analyse, automate and optimise finance and admin processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Bring practical AI tools into daily finance and admin work
- Provide leadership with clear, reliable financial visibility what you bring.
- Strong foundation in business and finance, ideally from a leading Swiss business school (HSG, University of Zurich or similar)
- First relevant experience in finance, controlling or admin, ideally in an agency, SME or fast-paced environment
- Genuine curiosity and hands-on comfort with AI tools, and a clear view on how to apply them practically in a small business
- Not a traditional accountant profile: digital, entrepreneurial and solution oriented
- Structured and reliable, but energised by improving and simplifying rather than just maintaining
- Fluent in German and English why you'll love it.
