STAMM AG is a modern and forward-thinking company belonging to Tegra Medical, specializing in the development, production, and assembly of small and micro technical parts using injection molding, as well as complete assemblies. We are looking for you to strengthen our injection molding team.
Your Tasks
- Troubleshoot and maintain assembly lines and packaging systems in a cleanroom environment (assembly automation)
- Further develop equipment and process technology in collaboration with the production department
- Support the commissioning of new equipment
- Provide technical support for equipment procurement, with a focus on assembly and packaging systems
- Develop and implement equipment and process optimizations
- Modify PLC control systems (Siemens TIA Portal)
- Apply knowledge of Allen-Bradley control systems as an advantage
- Conduct technical training sessions
- Complete a 6-month onboarding and training period at SFS in Heerbrugg
Your profile
- Successfully completed technical vocational training; further education (HF/FH level) in mechatronics, electrical engineering, or mechanics is an advantage
- Proven experience in electrical or mechanical industrial maintenance
- Willingness to participate in on-call and troubleshooting duties within a shift-based system
- Conscientious and reliable team player
- Solution-oriented, goal-driven and proactive approach to work
