Your main tasks & responsibilities:
- Planning of details of events and room reservation for up to 500 people, including consultations and detail arrangements, as well as up- and cross-selling.
- Creation and maintenance of customer relations, as well as supporting clients on site.
- Carrying out site inspections.
- Handover of events to the operational departments.
- Administrative assistance of the Event Sales and Event Planning Team in the planning of events of up to 1500 people.
- Creation of deposit invoices, control of final invoices, and completion of general correspondence.
- Use of the various hotel systems, including Envision, Opera Cloud and Reserve.
Are you having experience with planning events in a hotel environment, then we are looking for you! Please note that fluent German and English skills are needed for this role. Any other language is a plus. We look forward to receiving your application!
