Trust Administrator Key Responsibilities Assist with the day-to-day administration of trusts and related structures. Maintain and update trust files, records, and corporate documentation. Prepare and review documentation relating to trust administration.
Assist with KYC, AML, and compliance procedures. Liaise with internal teams, banks, external advisers, and other relevant stakeholders. Ensure that all administrative tasks are handled accurately and in accordance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements. Candidate Profile Minimum 1-2 years of experience in trust administration or a similar fiduciary role. Good understanding of trust structures and fiduciary administration. Familiarity with KYC/AML procedures and compliance documentation.
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure. Fluent English; French would be an advantage. Available to start immediately or at very short notice.
