- Responsible for the maintenance and reliable operation of our buildings and infrastructure
- Planning and Implementation of Construction, Renovation, and Infrastructure Projects
- Maintenance and improvement of the building infrastructure, including in the areas of fire safety, lighting, heating, and elevators
- Recording and monitoring operational parameters such as compressed air, water, and electricity
- Further Development of Energy, Waste Management, and Safety Management
- Planning and Coordination of Maintenance and Repair Work
- Responsibility for budget planning, cost control, investment evaluations, and related reporting
- Coordination and collaboration with external agencies, service providers, and partners
- Support for production, development, and engineering in infrastructure and investment projects
- Active participation in the ongoing optimization of our infrastructure and processes

You Are
- Completed technical training, ideally supplemented by advanced technical or business administration training
- Several years of professional experience in building services engineering, infrastructure, facility management, or a comparable technical field
- Experience in planning and implementing construction, renovation, or infrastructure projects
- A good understanding of technical systems and building infrastructure
- Experience in budget planning, cost control, and investment evaluations
- An independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work
- Organizational skills, as well as strong communication and coordination skills
- Sense of Responsibility and Initiative
- Enjoyment in collaborating with various internal and external contacts
- Proficiency in MS Office
