We are a Swiss family-owned company specializing in high-end watchmaking. Combining tradition, innovation, and industrial expertise, we deliver products of exceptional quality. To strengthen our technical team and support the development and industrialization of new products and manufacturing processes, we are looking for a Product & Process Technical Manager (80-100%) on a permanent contract for our site in Lengnau.
YOUR MISSION
At the heart of our technical and industrial activities, you will play a key role in the development, industrialization, and production launch of new products and equipment. You will ensure technical feasibility, product quality, and process repeatability throughout the manufacturing process.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and industrialize new products, from requirements definition through to production launch.
- Define and optimize manufacturing processes, production routings, tooling, and equipment.
- Program CAM software and optimize CNC machining processes.
- Prepare and update work instructions in collaboration with technical specialists.
- Manage technical projects and coordinate activities across departments.
- Integrate new manufacturing processes, technologies, and equipment.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, investment projects, and industrial innovation programs.
- Assess and implement new manufacturing technologies and industrial equipment.
- Monitor technological developments and propose solutions to improve quality and productivity.
