ORCA Dexterity is hiring a Mechanical Technician (Polymechaniker EFZ).
ORCA is the ETH startup behind the open-source ORCA hand. The parts you make go to leading robotics companies and to labs from Stanford to Aachen to Taiwan. ORCA is growing fast.
We are looking for someone who
- holds a Polymechaniker EFZ or an equivalent apprenticeship
- speaks fluent English
You would own
- test rigs for material, quality and function tests, built and kept running
- parts designed to be cheap to machine, and the CNC programs behind them
- our CNC manufacturers in China, and the standards we hold them to
- manufacturing and assembly of prototypes
