What You'll Do
- Build and maintain scalable backend services in Python
- Design, develop and deploy LLM-powered applications for real users
- Work closely with customers to understand requirements and deliver impactful solutions
- Develop APIs, integrations, background jobs, and data-processing pipelines
- Contribute to architecture decisions and technical strategy
- Collaborate with a small, highly motivated team in a fast-paced environment
- Help shape both the product and the future growth of the company
What Matters Most to Us
- 3+ years of professional backend development experience
- Strong Python skills with production systems running at scale
- Experience with databases, APIs, background processing, and cloud environments
- Proven experience deploying LLMs into production for real users, not just prototypes
- Fluent German and English
- Authorized to work in Switzerland
- Comfortable interacting directly with customers and translating business needs into technical solutions
- Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to take ownership
Nice to Have
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform )
- Microsoft Azure experience
- Document processing and OCR solutions
- Experience with RAG, vector databases, AI agents, and modern GenAI frameworks
- Startup or scale-up experience
