In this role you drive SAP TM rollouts within Sika’s global SAP program, shaping digital transformation using S/4HANA as the strategic platform.
You lead end-to-end TM projects with cross-functional teams, balancing scope, schedule, and budget to deliver value across the organization.
You will collaborate with partners to accelerate implementations and ensure sustainable, scalable solutions that strengthen core business processes.

- Develop solid project plans with milestones and deliverables in IT and business terms
- Manage timelines, budgets and quality, including risk, issue, and objection handling
- Shape group-wide digitalization initiatives and translate concepts into TM solutions
- Coordinate work packages across diverse cross-functional teams for alignment and resources
- Oversee end-to-end services relationships among Sika, SI partner, and Central SAP template team
- Ensure transparency and rigorous risk management
- Align stakeholders and anchor solutions in the organization
- Hands-on work with the SAP TM suite and ensure robust change, quality, and risk protocols
- Zentrale Anforderungen
- 3–5 years of project management experience in SAP Transportation Management
- Experience planning TM implementation phases: initiation, fit/gap, build, testing, go-live, hypercare
- Strong knowledge of SAP TM features and cutover tasks; hands-on rollout exposure
- Excellent verbal and written communication across levels
- Travel readiness
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
