The Role
Oversee regional entities, drive strategy and business development, and ensure strong commercial, operational and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement regional and country-level strategies.
- Monitor performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Support and coach local management teams.
- Ensure effective operating procedures, procurement, financial controls and risk management.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Report key results and developments to senior management.
Your Profile
- At least 10 years’ experience in logistics (including inland)
- Strong financial analysis, negotiation and multicultural team management skills.
- Independent, proactive and able to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent written and spoken
