Part-time

Special Education Teacher (f/m/d), 80% (Monday to Thursday)

School of Tomorrow is a bilingual private school in Zurich with kindergarten, primary and secondary levels. We work in a personalized, project-based and mixed-age manner, in German and English. Instead of traditional classroom teachers, a team of educators, mentors and experts accompany each child. We are looking for you for this team.

You will support our school as a special education teacher across all levels, from kindergarten to secondary level. You support our educators and mentors and work directly with the children, in an inclusive way in the classroom and in projects rather than in a separate setting. You bring your special education knowledge into the school's daily life and help the team to support each child appropriately.

Training in school special education or comparable qualification, ideally shortly before completion

German or English as native language, the other language fluently in speech and writing

Enjoyment of close collaboration within a team and inclusive support

Openness to a school model that deliberately functions differently than regular schools

Four-day week from Monday to Thursday

Collegial team with weekly exchange

Included lunch and coffee

Plenty of creative freedom in an innovative, bilingual environment

Two extraordinary locations in the heart of Zurich, including a castle

Start date August 10, 2026 or by arrangement

Apply directly online through our application tool. We look forward to hearing from you.
