Your mission
- actively contribute to shaping the future of vocational training in the field of health insurance and social insurance.
- bring innovative pedagogical ideas for the development of existing training programs and continuing education offerings.
- plan, coordinate, and accompany training offerings as well as professional exams and higher professional exams, and you act as a trainer.
- ensure the quality and practical orientation of our training offerings and exams, and you continuously develop them.
- participate in promoting our training offerings and bring creative ideas in marketing, communication, and social media.
- work closely with trainers, exam experts, training partners, and other stakeholders.
- identify trends and developments in the field of training and provide impulses for modern learning and exam formats.
Your profile
- have completed initial training in business or equivalent.
- have professional experience in the Swiss health insurance, social, or private sector and possess a good understanding of their structures and issues.
- have completed initial or continuing education in the field of vocational training or adult education, or you have equivalent practical experience.
- know the field of training in Switzerland and ideally have experience in the development and implementation of training or exams.
- are passionate about modern training and enjoy developing existing offerings and implementing new ideas.
- possess great ease in the digital field and are interested in innovative learning forms as well as the use of AI in training.
- work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner, and maintain an overview even when managing multiple tasks in parallel.
- express yourself fluently in French and have very good knowledge of German. Ideally, you master both languages equally well.
