Business Performance & Data Analytics Project Manager in Bellevue

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

Within the W&J Industrial Department, you will support the leadership team in preparing strategic materials, steering performance and managing cross-functional projects, with a strong focus on data analytics, performance monitoring and digital tools.

As a true partner to the leadership team, you will transform data into relevant insights, produce analyses that support decision-making and prepare executive-level communication materials by turning complex data into actionable analysis and decision-support content.

By combining strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in digital tools, Business Intelligence and approved Artificial Intelligence solutions, you will help improve the quality, speed and effectiveness of analysis and decision-making within W&J Industrial Management.

A key priority will be to structure and consolidate the department's data, develop relevant and reliable KPIs and implement efficient, increasingly automated reporting tools.

As you develop your understanding of the business and its priorities, you will progressively contribute to the monitoring and coordination of strategic initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Data Analysis and Performance Management
• Collect, consolidate, clean and structure data from multiple sources.
• Map existing data sources and reporting processes and establish consistent data structures and definitions across the department.
• Structure, organize and maintain the department's internal folder hierarchy and shared documentation, ensuring consistency, accessibility and efficient information management.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify trends, gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Define, implement and enhance key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to support effective performance monitoring.
• Ensure data reliability, consistency, accessibility and traceability.
• Design charts and visualizations that make results easier to understand.
• Develop and automate data consolidation, reporting processes and analytical tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of performance management tools.
• Strategic Support to Industrial Department
• Support leadership team members in preparing meetings, performance reviews and strategic materials.
• Contribute to the follow-up of priority projects and action plans.
• Coordinate information gathering across the different functions and our Manufactures (MCCs).
• Monitor selected cross-functional projects.
• Progressively take a more active role in the coordination and follow-up of strategic initiatives as your business understanding and responsibilities develop.
• Preparation of Presentations and Strategic Documents
• Develop Power Point presentations for Management Committees, the Executive Committee, or General Management.
• Turn complex information into simple, structured and visually impactful messages.
• Contribute to drafting executive summaries, strategic memos and decision-support documents.
• Structure information to highlight key issues, risks, opportunities and recommendations.
• Ensure a high standard of visual and editorial quality across deliverables.
• Leverage data visualization and Business Intelligence tools to produce clear, reliable and impactful management reporting.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

• You hold a Master's degree or equivalent from a business school, engineering school, or university, ideally with a strong analytical or data-oriented background.
• You have two to five years of professional experience in consulting, business analysis, business intelligence, strategy, management control, or a similar function.
• You have excellent command of Microsoft Office, Microsoft 365, Copilot and related tools.

Advanced Excel skills and hands-on experience with data structuring, Power Query and Power BI are highly valued.

Knowledge of SQL, Python, Looker, GCP, or other Business Intelligence and automation tools is an advantage.

• You have a strong interest in digital tools and Artificial Intelligence and genuinely enjoy exploring, building and improving analytical solutions.
• You combine strong analytical and synthesis skills with intellectual curiosity, rigor and excellent organizational abilities.
• You are comfortable working with complex datasets and transforming fragmented information into structured, reliable and actionable insights.
• You demonstrate excellent written communication skills and can work effectively under tight deadlines.
• You are autonomous, proactive, discreet and service-oriented, with a strong internal customer focus.
• You are a collaborative team player who can work with stakeholders at all levels and are motivated to learn and develop new skills.
• You are eager to progressively broaden your responsibilities towards strategic project monitoring and coordination.
