We are currently looking for a PMO Technical Assistant to join an exciting temporary project within the aviation industry in Switzerland.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing aircraft maintenance documentation following aircraft release and providing technical and administrative support to the Project Management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, scan, organise, and prepare aircraft maintenance work packages.
- Ensure technical documentation meets internal quality standards and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality Control, Logistics, and Project Management teams.
- Monitor documentation processing times and ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Manage customer requests and coordinate corrections to maintenance documentation.
- Provide technical and administrative support to Project Managers.
- Maintain and update project records, reports, and tracking systems.
- Support project coordination and improve administrative processes
Requirements
- Previous experience in a technical administrative or project support role.
- Experience in the aviation or MRO industry is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of aircraft maintenance documentation is an advantage.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Good command of English.
