Responsibilities
- You take on the preparation, planning and steering of tests in the relevant project phases together with the various stakeholders.
- In doing so, you manage the bug fixes and test releases and set up reporting on test progress.
- You are responsible for creating and implementing training on the test management tool and on the processes.
- Defining an overarching test strategy and creating functional test cases fall within your area of responsibility.
- With your expertise, you actively grow long-term client relationships.
- As a mentor, you support your colleagues with your experience whenever they need it.
- Furthermore, you take a central role in complex projects, spot risks in the testing process early and proactively develop suitable solutions.
Qualifications
- You bring at least 5 years of experience in software testing.
- Solid domain knowledge in banking and/or insurance rounds out your profile.
- In addition to sound knowledge of processes and methods, you also have practical skills in software development and project management (fundamental test process, error management, Scrum).
- Strong client and service orientation, confident communication and your team-player mentality are among your strengths.
- Your trolley is always ready to roll, and you are happy to use it regularly for business trips.
- With business fluent German language skills (C1) and ISTQB certification, you fulfil two key requirements for a successful start with us.
