Overview
In this role, you drive strategic and transformation initiatives for Wealth and Asset Management clients within Pw C’s Financial Services Strategy & Transformation practice in Zurich.
You act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, shaping end-to-end operating models, processes, and technology-enabled change.
You lead large, multidisciplinary programs and contribute to business development and thought leadership to grow the practice.
You will work across global FS clients, leveraging emerging technologies to deliver tangible value.

- Lead the design and delivery of strategic and transformation initiatives across operating models, processes and technology-enabled change
- Head complex transformation programs and multidisciplinary teams, managing senior stakeholders and ensuring delivery from strategy to execution
- Collaborate across Pw C to provide integrated transformation solutions and leverage cross-practice strengths
- Drive business development through relationship building, opportunity identification, proposals, and market engagement
- Develop thought leadership, service offerings and market propositions; contribute to Rf P responses and go-to-market initiatives
- Stay at the forefront of Wealth and Asset Management trends, including AI, and apply new tools to create client value
- Develop subject matter expertise in Wealth/Asset Management, including portfolio management and related platforms
- Support client transformations such as investment management system selection, target operating models, and data model definitions
- Lead large-scale transformations with an international, cross-functional team and manage global client relationships
- Work in a globally distributed environment with major FS clients and engage in ongoing professional development
- Zentrale Anforderungen
- Master level degree or equivalent in a related discipline
- 8+ years of experience in Wealth Management, Asset Management, Private Banking, Asset Servicing or broader FS, ideally with management consulting experience
- Strong understanding of Wealth/Asset Management value chain, operating models and front-to-back processes across asset classes
- Interest in emerging technologies, particularly AI, and ability to apply new tools to client challenges
- Proven experience leading large-scale strategic and transformation initiatives (operating model design, post-merger integration, platform transformation)
- Solid understanding of Wealth/Asset Management technology ecosystems (investment management platforms, portfolio management systems)
- Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage senior stakeholder relationships in international settings
- Proven track record in business development, proposals, thought leadership and identifying new client opportunities
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills; entrepreneurial mindset; focus on tangible outcomes
- Fluency in English; German is a strong advantage; additional languages welcome
