We look forward to getting to know you and working with you.Role: AI Technology Architect – Marketing, Banking & Financial ServicesExperience: 10+YearsFocus: AI / GenAI | Agentic AI | Marketing Technology | Enterprise Architecture | Digital TransformationAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced AI Technology Architect to support a strategic AI-driven marketing and technology transformation programme for a leading global investment bank.The ideal candidate will combine AI architecture, marketing technology, business analysis and enterprise architecture expertise to assess existing capabilities, define future-state architecture and develop a practical AI-enabled transformation roadmap.Key ResponsibilitiesAssess the existing MarTech ecosystem, identify technology gaps and recommend modernisation opportunities.Design future-state architecture integrating AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, CRM, CDP, marketing automation and enterprise data platforms.Identify AI-driven opportunities across customer engagement, personalisation, campaign orchestration and workflow automation.Define AI integration strategies, governance frameworks and scalable enterprise architecture.Lead stakeholder workshops, business requirements analysis and technology capability assessments.Develop strategic technology roadmaps, platform recommendations and transformation plans.Required Skills & Experience12–18 years in technology, architecture and digital transformation, including 7+ years in Enterprise / Solution Architecture.Strong experience in Banking & Financial Services, ideally Investment Banking or Wealth Management.Knowledge of AI/GenAI architecture, Agentic AI, intelligent automation and AI orchestration.Experience across CRM, CDP, CMS, DAM, marketing automation, customer journey orchestration and analytics.Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce, Sprinklr, Microsoft, AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.Strong understanding of APIs, cloud architecture, enterprise data integration, security and governance.Proven experience in architecture assessments, target-state design and technology transformation roadmaps.Excellent consulting, stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills.Ideal Candidate: A strategic AI Technology Architect who can bridge Business, Marketing, AI and Enterprise Technology to deliver scalable, AI-enabled solutions within a regulated banking environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
