In this role you lead a high-performing footwear testing team in the Run category, shaping product quality from development to market.
You partner with Design, Development, Materials, Product Strategy and Sports Science to ensure fit, comfort, durability and performance.
You translate testing data into clear insights that guide decision-making and product excellence.
This position combines scientific rigor with real-world validation in a fast-paced, collaborative culture.
You will drive end-to-end testing programs and expand the tester network to support ambitious product timelines.

- 8+ years in footwear testing or a closely related role
