Lead - LightSpray Project Manager in Zürich

In Short We’re looking for an experienced and driven Project Manager to join our team. In this foundational role, you’ll lead strategic projects that are key to establishing best practices, driving innovation, and helping us realize our vision of advanced manufacturing solutions. Your ability to align diverse teams around shared goals, execute projects with precision, and ensure successful delivery will set the tone for our growth. As Lead - LightSpray Project Manager, you will act as a connector between teams, ensuring that strategic programs are effectively implemented, roadblocks are removed, and LightSpray scales at speed. Your Mission Orchestrate execution across key programs: Ensure that innovation, operations, and commercialization efforts are fully aligned. Foster alignment & problem-solving: Partner with internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and effective decision-making. Closing Execution Gaps in Strategic Initiatives: CTC Contract Execution: Ensure smooth implementation of critical contracts that affect production and commercialization timelines, LCA Analysis & Sustainability Strategy: Integrate environmental impact considerations into the scaling roadmap, Unit Cost Estimations: Support financial modeling to ensure cost-efficient scaling Strengthening Financial & Manufacturing Strategy: Financial Forecasting & Modelling: Partner with finance to create multi-year financial plans that align with strategic objectives, Manufacturing Strategy Development: Ensure manufacturing scale-up is aligned with business objectives and production capabilities Performance Monitoring & Leadership Reporting: KPI & Performance Tracking: Establish and monitor execution metrics to ensure efficient operations, ELB & Leadership Reporting: Provide structured updates and insights to senior leadership to support decision-making Your Story You bring 6+ years of project management experience from roles such as product strategy, business strategy functions, operational excellence functions (focused on product) or consulting Must have: footwear and/or apparel industry experience and/or a strong consulting background. You have a strong track record of delivering complex projects successfully. You excel in planning, budgeting, and resource management, with a strong understanding of how to align project goals with strategic business priorities. You are skilled at influencing and motivating project teams and stakeholders across different levels and functions. You’re adaptable, solutions-focused, and proactive in finding ways to overcome challenges in dynamic, evolving environments. Proven track record of leading complex, global projects/programms Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field. PMP or similar certification is a plus.
