Nozomi Networks is seeking an experienced, highly technical Senior Salesforce (SFDC) Developer to design, build, integrate, and support enterprise solutions across the Salesforce ecosystem.
This is a hands‑on engineering role for a developer with deep Salesforce expertise who can personally solve complex technical problems across Apex, Lightning Web Components, APIs, integrations, automation, data, security, Slack, and emerging AI technologies.
The ideal candidate is a builder, not simply a Salesforce administrator or configuration specialist.
This individual will translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions, write production-quality code, troubleshoot difficult issues, integrate Salesforce with enterprise platforms, and own solutions from architecture through deployment and production support.
A major focus of the role will be advancing Nozomi Networks' use of modern AI and agentic technologies, including Salesforce Agentforce, Salesforce AI capabilities, generative AI, Slack-based experiences, and AI-driven workflow automation.
In this role, you will
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable solutions across Salesforce using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, SOQL/SOSL, Platform Events, and related technologies.
- Build AI-enabled solutions using Salesforce Agentforce, generative AI, LLM APIs, RAG, Prompt Builder, and intelligent automation.
- Develop Salesforce and Slack integrations, applications, bots, workflows, and AI-powered employee experiences.
- Design secure and reliable integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, webhooks, middleware, and event-driven architectures.
- Partner with GTM Architecture, Security, Data, Infrastructure, and other teams to align solutions with business processes and enterprise standards.
- Apply modern software engineering practices, including Git, Salesforce DX/CLI, CI/CD, automated testing, code reviews, monitoring, and documentation.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and continuously improve application performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
To be successful in this opportunity, you will have
- 7+ years of Salesforce platform experience with significant hands‑on development responsibility.
- Advanced experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Salesforce data modeling, Flow, and automation.
- Strong experience designing REST APIs, enterprise integrations, and secure Salesforce solutions.
- Experience with Git-based development, CI/CD, automated testing, debugging, and production support.
- Hands-on experience developing AI-enabled applications using technologies such as Agentforce, generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, or semantic search.
- Strong ability to translate complex technical and business requirements into secure, scalable production solutions.
- Excellent technical documentation, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

- Slack development and integration, including APIs, applications, bots, workflows, OAuth, Events API, and webhooks.
- Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, and Agentforce.
- Mule Soft or comparable integration platforms.
- AWS, Azure, or comparable cloud services.
- Enterprise API architecture, identity and access management, and modern data platforms.
- Experience within a Saa S, cybersecurity, or fast-growing global technology organization.
- Relevant Salesforce certifications, including Platform Developer I/II or architecture-focused credentials.
