We are looking for an Office Director based in Bern or Zurich, capable of driving the commercial development of our Odoo service sales to SMEs in the region. Customer relationship Personal growth Autonomy Technical expertise Responsibilities Develop and lead the commercial activity of the German-speaking Switzerland office Sell our Odoo implementation services to SMEs in Bern, Zurich and the surrounding area Build and maintain a local client portfolio Qualify client needs, negotiate and close deals Represent Nalios within the local ecosystem (partners, prospects, professional networks) Required skills Fluent Swiss German (native or native-level) Fluent English; French is a BIG plus Established professional network in German-speaking Switzerland (Bern/Zurich) Proven experience in B2B business development, ideally IT/ERP/software Valid work permit for Switzerland Nice to have Knowledge of Odoo or another ERP Experience in consulting or business software implementation What's great about this job?
