As part of our international recruitment team, you will partner with department heads and hiring managers across Customer Service, Product Development, Marketing, Finance, People & Culture, Category Management, and others. Through proactive sourcing, talent mapping, and modern tools, you will deliver a great candidate experience and support initiatives like our Customer Service Casting Days.
What you move
Actively participate in recruitment meetings, driving recruitment initiatives, collaborating on strategies, and supporting the team in achieving hiring goals across different departments
Drive recruitment efforts across multiple departments, ensuring a seamless process and a positive candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding
Build strong relationships with hiring managers to better understand their recruitment needs
Leverage a variety of sourcing channels and strategies to identify and attract high-quality and diverse candidates
Conduct interviews to assess candidates' cultural fit and alignment with role requirements
Utilize your understanding of the market to identify talent for both technical and non-technical roles
Plan, coordinate and participate in recruitment events, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and effective talent assessment
Track and report on recruitment metrics to optimize processes based on data and experience
Represent the company's culture and values when serving as the first point of contact for candidates
Actively contribute to achieving team goals and aligning with the company's vision
What you will bring
Minimum 3 years of experience
Talent Acquisition and Recruitment across a variety of roles
No qualifications/further training required
German (Fluent)
French knowledge is a bonus
