Job Description
Language Quality & Revision
- Review, edit and validate translated content in Spanish.
- Ensure consistency of terminology, style and linguistic quality.
- Support the maintenance of linguistic resources, glossaries and translation memories.
- Provide guidance and feedback on language quality matters.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of translation processes and tools.
Project Coordination
- Coordinate multilingual content and translation projects from request to delivery.
- Liaise with stakeholders to define priorities, requirements and deadlines.
- Coordinate activities with external suppliers and language professionals.
- Monitor project status, timelines and deliverables.
- Maintain project documentation, reporting tools and workflow tracking systems.
- Support operational, administrative and process improvement initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
- Native-level Spanish speaker.
- Excellent command of English.
- Previous experience in translation revision, proofreading or content quality assurance.
- Experience coordinating translation projects, multilingual content workflows or related activities.
- Solid knowledge of CAT tools, terminology management and translation technologies.
- Strong organizational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
