Own the function’s playbook: reporting cadence, benchmarking, KPIs, business plan templates and best practice shared across brands and markets. Act as the escalation point for the PMs on operator, lender, partner and legal issues, and represent the function in Partner meetings and Investment Committee. Reporting, Valuation and Control Own and control the full reporting cycle for the Amethyst funds: monthly asset performance reviews, quarterly LP reports, annual reports and investor letters, ensuring accuracy, consistency and timely delivery. Maintain the fund models (waterfalls, IRR/MOIC, carry and cap tables) and ensure every asset business plan reconciles to the fund model. Support investor relations: LP queries, due diligence requests, AGMs and ad hoc investor communications, in coordination with the Partners. Asset Strategy and Operational Oversight Own and evolve the asset strategy and business plan for each European hotel, aligned with fund and owner objectives from acquisition through exit. Conduct regular on‑site visits to assess property condition, service quality, positioning and operational efficiency. Drive revenue management, distribution and cost discipline together with operator teams. Financial Management Own annual budgeting and reforecasting across the European portfolio, and review P&L, cash flow and asset‑level returns monthly. Identify and execute revenue growth, cost optimization and value enhancement initiatives. Oversee capital expenditure planning and delivery, ensuring capex translates into measurable value. Lead financing and refinancing of assets together with the Partners and Group CFO, matching structures to each asset’s business plan; run debt advisor and lender selection processes and negotiate term sheets, fee letters and facility agreements. Arrange financing for acquisitions, renovations and development projects. Transactions, Development and Exits Direct the PMs on acquisitions and dispositions: underwriting review, operational due diligence, business plan validation and Investment Committee memos. Lead asset management input on conversions, repositionings, renovations and new openings, from brand selection through to opening, in coordination with the Development team. Prepare assets for exit, run broker selection, manage the sale process and deliver fund distributions. Market Analysis, ESG and Compliance Maintain a current view of demand trends, competitive sets and transaction markets in each European market, and use benchmarking data to challenge operators. Ensure all properties meet ESG standards and regulatory requirements across jurisdictions, including fund‑level ESG reporting obligations. Exits, refinancings and acquisitions in progress delivered to plan, with Investment Committee materials of institutional quality. A motivated, well‑organized team with clear ownership by PM and asset, and a pipeline of talent within the pods.
