Your responsibilities
- Advising and supporting our customers on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and CRM
- Analysing existing business processes and developing solutions tailored to each customer
- Implementing, configuring and further developing Business Central and CRM solutions
- Gathering, analysing and documenting customer requirements
- Guiding our customers from requirements analysis through to successful implementation
- Running workshops and end-user training sessions
- Supporting existing customer solutions and their continuous development
- Working closely with our internal team and external contacts
What you bring
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Customer Engagement
- A good understanding of business processes
- Experience in consulting on or supporting ERP and CRM solutions
- Enjoyment of customer contact and an independent, solution-oriented way of working
- Excellent German and good English skills
A plus, but not a must: Knowledge of Dynamics NAV / Navision, AL, Continia, Customer Service, Field Service, Microsoft Copilot or relevant Microsoft certifications.
