We're looking for a Market Lead (m/f/d) to join us in Geneva and take charge of integrated facilities management services across an exciting, high-profile portfolio in Switzerland! **About the Role** As Market Lead (m/f/d), you'll be the face of our operations for on-site client stakeholders, bringing energy, financial savvy, and leadership to everything you do. You'll work closely with a talented team and help shape the future of facilities management in Switzerland. **What You'll Be Doing** * Inspiring and leading your team (Lead FMs, FMs, and Small Projects), fostering engagement through coaching, development, and leading by example* Owning the P&L and performance delivery, keeping the team on track against KPIs and SKPIs* Managing annual budgets, overseeing capital works, and ensuring timely billing with strong financial discipline* Partnering with account leadership and clients to shape long-term strategy and grow the small projects pipeline* Coaching and developing your team to build a high-performing, motivated group with clear succession planning* Building genuine, lasting relationships with clients at every level, acting as their trusted go-to person* Overseeing technical and workspace operations, including Critical Environment requirements, and continuously raising the bar on service quality* Driving Energy & Sustainability initiatives, including reduction targets and recycling optimisation across sites* Championing a safe working environment and ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and fire regulations* Being ready to jump in with 24/7 emergency support when needed **What You'll Bring** * Proven leadership experience in a service delivery role, with a track record of owning client relationships and operations* A degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or similar (preferred, not essential!)* Solid experience in facilities management or corporate real estate—banking or financial services background is a great plus* A knack for managing teams, vendors, and client relationships at a senior level* Fluency in French and English; German skills are a big bonus in the Swiss market* Good working knowledge of Swiss health, safety, and environmental regulations, plus experience with budgets, contracts, and critical environments ## **Why Join Us?** At JLL, you'll find meaningful work, supportive colleagues, and real opportunities to grow.
