Tasks

Skills
- Completed technical training in a relevant field required.
- Reliable, independent, and adaptable to weather conditions.
- Basic IT skills and fluency in German and Italian.
Corvatsch, Diavolezza and Lagalb together form the fabulous mountain world of the Upper Engadine. The mountain railway operations open up 165 kilometres of pistes and 110 kilometres of hiking trails. The fabulous mountain world includes five cable cars, seven chairlifts and five ski lifts. Corvatsch, Diavolezza and Lagalb offer a year-round mountain experience.
We are looking for a Building Technician/Caretaker m, f, d | Workload: 100% by arrangement Location: Diavolezza/Lagalb
Your tasks
- You are responsible for the maintenance of our buildings, restaurants and the hotel
- You carry out repairs and small renovations yourself
- You look after our water supply including self-monitoring and sampling
- You are responsible for our two wastewater treatment plants.
- You plan larger jobs, obtain quotes and accompany specialist companies
- You work closely with our company electrician and the technical team
You bring with you
- Completed craft-technical apprenticeship (e.g. plumber, carpenter, polymechanic, maintenance specialist)
- Water caretaker or sewage operator course is an advantage, or willingness to complete it
- You are independent, reliable and weatherproof
- Driving licence category B, (BE an advantage)
- Languages: German and Italian
- Basic IT knowledge
