from 1 February 2027 or by arrangement with the workplace in Schwanden.

Tasks

• Administrative and organisational work in traffic and shipping registration according to road traffic law and inland shipping regulations
• Scheduling customer appointments
• Customer service at the counter and on the phone
• Handling confiscations and debt collections

Requirements

• Completed commercial training with professional experience
• Good MS Office user skills
• Independent and precise working methodTeam spirit, resilience, enjoyment of customer contact
• Interest in technology and flair for numbers
• Foreign language skills are an advantage
