As an Implementation Consultant, you will advise customers as an expert in consolidation, planning, and reporting, delivering Lucanet implementation projects on scope, budget, and quality.
You will partner closely with customers' finance and controlling teams from requirement analysis through go-live, taking real ownership of your projects.

- Deliver implementation projects on scope, budget, and quality, from requirements to go-live.
- Own and execute projects with growing independence across the CFP solution domain.
- Apply AI capabilities in daily delivery and guide customers through AI adoption.
- Run several implementations in parallel, managing time and priorities effectively.
Requirements
- A university degree in finance, accounting, controlling, or economics, or comparable business training.
- Early experience in consulting, software implementation, or a finance function.
- Knowledge of financial consolidation, planning, and reporting processes.
- Experience in project-oriented environments, including discussions with senior finance stakeholders.
- Very good communication skills in English and German.
