For our Headquarters in Lugano, we are looking for a
Senior Infrastructure Architect & Technology Platform Manager
Who will play a key role in shaping and evolving our technology landscape, ensuring the reliability, scalability and security of our infrastructure platforms while supporting business growth and digital transformation initiatives.
Main responsibilities
- Own and deliver the infrastructure architecture roadmap in line with business priorities.
- Lead the evolution of secure, scalable and resilient hybrid cloud and on-premises platforms.
- Drive cloud transformation, platform optimisation, automation and Infrastructure as Code.
- Strengthen observability, service reliability, high availability and business continuity.
- Promote DevOps, Platform Engineering and IT service management best practices.
- Partner with stakeholders, mentor internal teams and manage technology vendors.
- Support cybersecurity, compliance and technology risk management in a regulated environment.
What you’ll bring
Experience
- 7+ years in enterprise infrastructure, systems administration or infrastructure engineering.
- Proven experience in infrastructure architecture, platform design and enterprise IT operations.
- A track record of leading technical teams, projects or transformation initiatives.
- Experience in pharmaceuticals, life sciences, healthcare or another regulated industry is an advantage.
Technical expertise
- Microsoft Azure, hybrid cloud and Microsoft 365
- Windows Server, Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID
- VMware and/or Hyper-V, storage, backup and disaster recovery
- Infrastructure automation, Infrastructure as Code and DevOps practices
- Identity and Access Management, Microsoft Defender and cybersecurity
- High availability, resilience, business continuity and ITIL practices

Preferred certifications
