Role Summary
We are looking for a Systems Administrator responsible for operating and maintaining servers and operating systems across both on-premises and cloud environments, with particular emphasis on system availability, patching, troubleshooting and operational support.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot and upgrade hardware and software across managed systems.
- Configure and manage on-premises and cloud installations to consistent operational standards.
- Install and maintain servers and storage devices, including capacity and lifecycle management.
- Implement regular patching cycles.
- Configure and monitor system alerts.
- Respond to and resolve incidents impacting server or operating-system-level availability.
Technical Environment / Skills
The requirement specifically identifies the following technology environment:
- PTC Windchill
- PTC ThingWorx
- PTC Creo
- Creo plugins and SmartAssembly
- CAD conversion tools such as Theorem and Capvidia
Language: Candidates for the European requirements are specifically required to be bilingual in French and English .
