Role Summary
We are looking for a Business Analyst who can bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, analyze existing processes and systems, translate business needs into structured functional requirements, and support technology solutions throughout their lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze existing business processes and systems and document inefficiencies, control gaps and relevant KPIs.
- Lead process design and redesign activities and identify associated change-management impacts.
- Contribute to feasibility studies and cost-benefit analysis before new system design.
- Capture and document functional requirements and manage them through handover to development/build teams.
- Develop functional specifications by translating business requirements into data flows, mappings and configuration-ready requirements.
- Configure standard rules within product solutions.
Technical Environment / Skills
The requirement specifically identifies the following technology environment:
- PTC Windchill
- PTC ThingWorx
- PTC Creo
- Creo plugins and SmartAssembly
- CAD conversion tools such as Theorem and Capvidia
Language: Candidates for the European requirements are specifically required to be bilingual in French and English .
