We are looking for a Project Manager to launch and support products and projects in the crypto space. You will coordinate developers, designers, compliance, and marketing teams, and take ownership of timelines, budget, and delivery quality.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage projects from concept to release (exchange features, wallets, DeFi integrations, token launches, etc.)
- Set tasks and priorities for cross-functional teams and track progress
- Work with blockchain developers, smart contract auditors, and external partners
- Align projects with the compliance team (KYC/AML and regulatory requirements)
- Manage project risks and budget
- Prepare status reports for leadership and stakeholders
- Maintain roadmaps and project documentation
Requirements
- 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in fintech, crypto, or IT
- Understanding of blockchain fundamentals, wallets, exchanges, smart contracts, and DeFi
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and experience with Jira, Notion, or similar tools
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Ability to work in a fast-changing environment and make decisions under uncertainty
Nice to Have
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certification
- Experience launching tokens, NFTs, or Web3 products
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (MAS, MiCA, etc.)
- Personal experience using cryptocurrencies and DeFi protocols
