The Role

We are looking for an exceptional, visionary VP of Product to shape Giotto’s future and lead our long-term product direction.

This is a senior leadership role for someone with the experience, conviction and ambition to define what comes next.

You will look beyond immediate customer requests and today’s roadmap to recognise emerging opportunities, anticipate how AI will change the market and identify where Giotto can lead.

Working closely with company leadership, you will turn that vision into a clear product strategy, make bold but well-grounded choices and unite the organisation around a shared direction.

You will connect our research and engineering capabilities with a deep understanding of customers, markets and business opportunities to build products with lasting relevance.

We are looking for someone with the credibility and presence to influence at the highest level, challenge assumptions constructively and inspire talented teams.

You will bring a strong perspective on the future while remaining curious, open to evidence and accountable for turning ambition into results.

What You Will Do

• Set the long-term product vision: Define where Giotto’s products should go, which customer problems we should solve and how we will create lasting value.
• Help shape company strategy: Work with company leadership to identify growth opportunities and guide decisions on markets, product investments and competitive positioning.
• Anticipate market shifts: Develop a clear perspective on how AI capabilities, customer needs and purchasing behaviours are evolving, and position Giotto to lead in selected markets.
• Turn vision into execution: Translate long-term ambition into a focused product strategy, actionable roadmaps and clear priorities.
• Stay close to customers: Build relationships with customers and partners, understand their most important challenges and validate opportunities through direct engagement.
• Translate research into compelling products: Partner with research and engineering to turn advanced AI capabilities into useful, reliable and differentiated products.
• Drive alignment and focus: Make clear trade-offs and align research, engineering and commercial teams around shared goals.
• Shape go-to-market strategy: Work with sales and marketing on positioning, value propositions, packaging, pricing and launches.
• Build and lead the product organisation: Develop the team, culture and decision-making practices needed to support the company’s growth.
• Own product outcomes: Establish meaningful measures of customer value, adoption and commercial performance, and use them to guide decisions.
• Represent Giotto externally: Communicate our product vision with clarity and credibility to senior customers, partners and industry audiences.

What You Bring

• At least 15 years of product leadership experience, including substantial experience at VP, CPO or equivalent level, shaping product direction and influencing company strategy.
• A track record of defining a compelling product vision, recognising significant market opportunities and translating them into successful products and business growth.
• The strategic foresight to anticipate shifts in technology and customer behaviour, combined with the judgment to decide where to invest, where to focus and when to change direction.
• Experience bringing complex technology products to market and growing their adoption, ideally in AI, enterprise software, platforms or another technically demanding environment.
• Strong market and commercial judgment, including experience with positioning, pricing and go-to-market decisions.
• The technical fluency to work effectively with researchers and engineers, understand constraints and assess new opportunities.
• Exceptional leadership, executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to inspire teams, build conviction and engage senior customers and partners.
• Experience building and developing high-performing product teams.
• A willingness to take ownership of both strategic decisions and the practical work needed to move products forward.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Bringing AI or machine learning products into production.
• Building products where privacy, security, trust or data sovereignty influence purchasing decisions.
• Developing products for enterprise customers, public institutions or regulated industries.
• Turning strong research and engineering capabilities into a focused, scalable product offering.
