For our client based in Neuchâtel, the Life Sciences team is looking for :
Specialist Scheduling & Logistics - Temporary position
Tasks:
- Perform daily operations
- Participation in projects
- Act as the primary point of contact for scheduling assigned treatment sites
- Create and maintain patient schedules in coordination with treatment sites an manufacturing sites
- Enter and maintain transactional data related to patient schedules in the planning system
- Troubleshoot and develop action plans for problems encountered
- Management of product returns and product replacements if necessary
- Manage the process of scheduling patients at sites.
- Provide real-time planning portal support to external users
- Create and maintain master data in the account management system
- Participate and lead meetings with teams
Profile:
- Diploma in customer service or Supply Chain
- Flexibility to meet changing business needs
- Experience in a pharmaceutical environment
- Skills in information planning and organization
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills
- Fluent in English, German & French good knowledge
- Experience working in customer service, call center operations, account management, logistics or supply chain
- Know how to work under pressure and in a demanding environment
