- Your Mission
- Direct the entire Finance & Controlling function of Bechtle Switzerland
- Drive and support the transformation of financial operations within Swiss entities.
- Combine responsibilities in financial management, business partnering, controlling, accounting governance, process harmonization, automation, and excellence in financial functions.
• Leadership in financial processes
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly and annual closes.
- Provide management reports and financial analyses for decision-making.
• Manage financial operations and governance
- Participate in the standardization of financial processes among Swiss entities.
- Ensure data quality, compliance, and governance.
- Support automation initiatives related to Quote-to-Bill, Project Management, and Services Management.
- Prepare for data migration for the upcoming implementation of SAP S/4HANA.
- Manage the local Finance & Controlling team.
- Ensure accuracy and adherence to deadlines for reporting and closes.
