We are looking in Cham, Switzerland for a hands-on Customer Service professional with solid SAP experience to join us in February 2027 or by agreement for a fixed period of 6 months to support order management, customer communication and operational coordination across our business as Customer Service Support (80-100%) .
Your activities:
- Processing and monitoring customer orders and delivery schedules in SAP
- Preparation and follow-up of quotations and customer requests
- Coordination between customers, Key Account Managers, Logistics and Shared Service Center
- Management and maintenance of customer, order and commercial master data
- First point of contact for customers regarding order and delivery-related inquiries
- Support in ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment
Preferred Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management or Commercial Operations
- Strong practical experience with SAP, ideally in order processing, customer service or logistics processes
- Strong coordination and organizational skills
- Fluent German and English (both written & verbal)
- French is a big advantage, but not mandatory
