Digital Workplace Lead (Contract), Geneva Duration: 7
Join a leading international organisation as a Digital Workplace Lead , driving the adoption and evolution of Microsoft 365, Copilot, collaboration tools, and digital workplace initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Digital Workplace strategy and user adoption initiatives
- Drive Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint and Copilot engagement
- Manage digital transformation and change management projects
- Partner with business and IT stakeholders to deliver workplace solutions
- Promote governance, continuous improvement and best practices
Requirements
- 6+ years' experience in Digital Workplace or Microsoft 365 leadership
- Strong background in user adoption, change management and project delivery
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Fluent English required; French is a plus
