We’re recruiting a Technical Product Owner for a Swiss construction group undertaking digital transformation. You’ll help build internal applications that simplify field operations, connect data and support teams across desktop, tablet and mobile.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with business users to understand challenges and define requirements.
- Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria and prioritised development work.
- Coordinate external developers and guide delivery.
- Contribute to application design, development and integration.
- Challenge technical solutions and support maintainable, long-term architecture.
- Support testing, user adoption and continuous improvement.
Required Skills
- Previous experience as a software developer, with progression into product ownership, business analysis or technical delivery.
- Experience with backend technologies, REST APIs and databases.
- Comfortable working with nontechnical users and remote development teams.
- A practical approach, strong communication skills and confidence managing evolving requirements.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with business applications, mobile solutions, PWA or offline-first functionality would be beneficial.
