For our department in Regensdorf we are looking for a
Key Account Manager (m/f/d) 100%
starting as of January 1st 2027 or upon agreement.

How will you contribute to the success of DHL?

Your mission is to gain, maintain and grow profitable business within targeted industry segments:

• You will take ownership of and manage of 8 - 10 Key Accounts Customers
• You will develop and implement business plans, aligned to the Industry Plan
• You will engage and resolve contract negotiations to build strong customer relationships
• You will understand customer Transportation and supply chain, decision making unit and opportunities to identify solutions that bring customers competi tive advantages
• You will secure the professional implementation of contracts
• Share account knowledge and plans with key stakeholders
• You will build superior knowledge of the customer's market environment
• You will proactively communicate and engage functional experts to minimize diversionary activity

Do you have what it takes?

• Speed, can do, first time right - that's you!
• You are native or fluent in with an excellent command of English, French is a plus
• You have a sales background (3-5years) in logistics is mandatory
• You have excellent presentation skills, both written and oral
• You are confident in dealing with senior decision makers
• You have strong negotiation skills
• You know how to build long-lasting relationships
