Our clients are independent wealth managers in Zurich and Geneva, managing between CHF 5 and 25 billion, several of them growing. They are looking for senior private bankers who cover clients from the Middle East. You look after UHNW and HNW families, business owners and family offices from the Middle East, wherever they live. You know this business runs on trust built over years, on discretion, and on structuring wealth across borders. Your clients stay with you because of you. What you bring An established book with Middle Eastern clients, and relationships that would follow you. A record of bringing in new assets, not only looking after existing ones. Fluent English. Arabic is a strong plus. What you get A partner-led firm with open architecture and direct access to the people who decide. Fixed packages this year have averaged CHF 350,000 to 500,000, plus a generous share of the revenue you generate. The freedom to put your clients first, without layers of product pressure. DES Capital is an executive search firm dedicated to private banking. Our founder was part of the founding team of one of Switzerland's largest independent wealth managers, and for fifteen years our work has been with independent managers. Based in Zurich or Geneva.
