I'm working on an immediate requirement for a CSA Project Manager / Construction Surveyor to join an ongoing construction project near Zurich.
This is an opportunity to join an established project team and make an immediate contribution to the delivery of a major development. We're looking for someone with a strong construction background who can hit the ground running in a fast-paced site environment.
The role
- Support the day-to-day management and delivery of CSA construction works.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants and the wider project team.
- Monitor progress, quality, programme and compliance on site.
- Help resolve construction issues and keep activities moving in line with project requirements.
- Work collaboratively with the wider delivery team to ensure works are completed safely and to the required standard.
The ideal background
- Experience in construction project management, site management, CSA packages or construction surveying.
- Previous main contractor or contractor-side experience.
- Comfortable working on an active construction project with minimal lead-in time.
- Data centre experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
- Swiss German language skills are strongly preferred.
