Business Risk Analyst Trading Processes Bank
Your Tasks:
- Conducting analyses of the bank's trading processes, compliance (e.g. EMIR, MiFID II) and operational risks
- Based on the control deficits in the trading systems identified by internal or external audit, develop solutions to optimize trading processes
- Support the Trading department in establishing and maintaining a robust control framework and setting up second line of defense controls
- In close cooperation with IT, Trading and Legal & Compliance Department and external specialists, implement trading related policies, to ensure clearly defined responsibilities and accountabilities
- Plan and conduct audits to ensure compliance and minimize risks related to applicable laws and regulations
- Ad hoc project work based on events to systematically eliminate vulnerabilities in the trading systems
- Point of contact for the business on compliance issues
Your Profile:
- Masters' or Bachelor's in Business Administration or Business Informatics/ Experience in the middle office or trading of a bank or as external or internal auditor
- Experience in banking matters, financial markets and financial products
- Understanding of financial market infrastructure activities
- Familiarity with operational risk in trading and knowledge of the relevant regulations
- Ability to communicate and negotiate clearly between business and IT
- Flair for IT processes and systems
- Dedication and motivation
- Strong communication skills
- Skilled in German as well as English
