Associate Operational Risk
Your Tasks:
- Ongoing review of operational risk scenarios based on the analysis of various IT data
- Ensure compliance and further development of the internal control system
- Responsible for the analysis and evaluation of key controls and risk mitigating measures in all processes
- Analyzing operational incidents and processes
- Reviewing systems for potential control weaknesses
- Performing control testing
- Performing regular testing of data quality of various data feeds
- Further development of methodologies, procedures and reports
- Supporting departments in conducting risk self-assessments and creating transparency in events, data interpretations and conclusions
- Creating a culture of risk awareness for risk mitigation through targeted sustainability training
- Ad hoc projects for senior management
Your Profile:
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Business Administration
- CIA, CISA as an advantage
- Banking experience gained in a Big Four company, in an internal audit or an operational risk department
- Knowledge of private banking business and its processes
- Knowledge of internal control systems and corporate governance
- Experience with end-to-end risk audits
- Experience with developing complex risk systems as a Project manager
- Analytical and conceptual skills
- High attention to details
- Independent and team-orientated personality with a solution-oriented approach
- Ability to work under time pressure
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and/or Access/Power BI
- Fluent in English and French, German as an advantage
