Regional Operations Manager – Multi‑Site Network
We are partnering with a leading international, consumer‑facing services group to appoint a Regional Operations Manager for its Swiss network. This is a confidential search for a senior, hands‑on leader who will own the performance of a multi‑site region end to end, at a key moment in the business’s transformation.
What you will do
- Own the regional P&L, with a clear focus on profitability and KPIs
- Review performance and build action plans for under‑performing sites
- Ensure consistent, efficient and compliant operations, and standardise ways of working across the network
- Plan staffing and shifts to match demand while keeping costs under control
- Lead, coach and develop site managers, and build succession plans through the sites
What you bring
- 8+ years of multi‑site operational leadership, ideally leading managers who lead teams
- A proven track record of delivering KPIs, targets and P&L results in a fast‑paced, consumer‑facing environment
- Experience in an international organisation
- Solid experience in staff planning, scheduling and cost control
- Fluent German and excellent English; French is a strong plus
